New varios from Digifly
Digifly's Archimede
Digifly have released a range of new varios for paragliding and hang gliding.
They include:
- The Archimede (basic vario)
- Archimede Plus (with logger 2D, polar, McCready)
- Cartesio Plus (can communicate with a GPS, and has also a logger 3D function for the flight track)
They replace the Flyer2, Newton and Cartesio2.
The company say the new varios have more powerful and user-friendly software than their predecessors, and other customer-influenced improvements including:
- high power audio now on the front panel
- new high resistant case, metal inside (50% aluminium, 50% nylon) with anti scratch painting
- increased vario sensitivity
- new keyboard with screen help
