XContest XCamp 2009
No task, No goals, No windows, No stress. Thus is the philosophy of Xcontest Xcamp 2009.
It is an FAI cat. 2 event (HG and PG), but organisers say “It´s all about free flying XC without stress, in the way you like!” Pilots will gather in Levico Terme, Panarotta (near Trento, Italy) from 4 – 9 May 2009, for “light competition, meeting with other pilots and free flying on this beautiful southern side of the Alps”. XC beginners can learn from more experienced pilots and experts can push their limits or train for the Czech Open (PG) the following week.
The prizegiving ceremony for the winners of the World XContest 2008 will be held at the XCamp.
There are 100 places, free places for the XContest 08 winners and first to register and pay up (70 Euros before 6 April ’09, 100 Euros after) get the remainder.
