Reading your blog, made me look forward to flying again, and also having dinner at my favourite restaurant in valle de Bravo, Di Pao. Make sure to order the "Alcachofa con cuatro quesos" which is the wood oven cooked Artichoke with four cheeses, definitely the most delicious plate on the menu there.
