Nova Ion intermediate paraglider

Nova Ion intermediate paraglider
Nova’s new low-end LTF 1-2 / EN B wing, the Ion, is ready to take over from the Rookie in the Austrian manufacturer’s lineup, and is described by Nova as “an ideal paraglider for recreational pilots and first XC flights”.
The company say the Ion has “inherited the Rookie’s important qualities, of suitability for instruction, few and easily sorted lines, wonderfully uncomplicated launch, high damping around all axes (which matters a lot for relaxed flying), excellent low speed properties, and extremely high safety, of course.”
But as a new wing has to be better than its predecessor, they have made it more agile, and more precise to turn. It also has a higher top speed and better glide.
All five sizes have passed EN B / LTF 1–2 certification and are available for test flights.
