Ava Sport Tanto cross country paraglider harness
Bulgarian manufacturers of paragliding and skydiving equipment, AVA Sport, have a new paraglider harness designed for cross country pilots. The Tanto is an aerodynamic pod design with an integral reserve container, and a webbing system which has been designed for maximum and simple adjustability.
The Tanto has a 17 cm-thick back protector made out of a new material, which is lighter than foam and less voluminous than an airbag. Ava Sport are aiming to make this high-performing harness as lightweight as possible, and future modifications may yet shave even further weight from its current 5 kilos.
