Mac Para Levity reversible lightweight harness
Mac Para have released a new lightweight reversible paragliding harness with an airbag, called the Levity.
The Czech company say the ergonomic design and great adjustability of the harness guarantees freedom of movement and optimal fit. Although lightweight (3.75 kg including front reserve container / instrument cockpit), it still has a carbon seat plate and a stirrup.
The back and seat are made from breathable fabric for pilot comfort, and the large rear pocket is a part of the airbag system. Mac Para say it offers very good support for the back and shoulders.
As a rucksack, the manufacturer says the Levity has an optimised carrying system with well-shaped lumbar straps to help with stability and reduce the overall effort of carrying the load. The back is made from breathable material to reduce that sweathy back discomfort.
