Tuesday 22 September was day one of the Paragliding World Cup Superfinal in Denizli, Turkey. South African Andre Rainsford won the task with a goal time of 1 hr 50 mins 57 seconds. Seiko Fukuoka Naville was the first-placed woman, in goal ten minutes later.
89 pilots made goal on the 71 km race-to-goal task.
Live tracking was not operational for yesterday’s task, as the tracking devices had not yet arrived, but it is hoped that it will be available for today’s task.
