Blazewear's top-of-the-range Powermax heated gloves, new for winter 2011/2012, are on sale in XCshop
XCshop are stocking Blazewear’s new top-of-the-range Powermax gloves and heated shoe insoles to keep pilots warm this winter.
The gloves are improved over the previous versions, with the latest heating elements in all five fingers, waterproof, breathable fabric and removable, washable inners.
The gloves come with battery housings for AA batteries, but can be upgraded to rechargeable Lithium-polymer ones. The battery boxes are smaller, and the cufs longer for improved comfort. They have hi-viz reflective strips and a soft nosewipe, and are available in sizes XS to XL.
The heated shoe insoles are designed to be cut down to your individual shoe size (UK 4 – 11). You can move them from your ski boots to your flying boots and even your work shoes.
