Skywalk’s new Sports Class paraglider, the Cayenne 4, has passed flight tests for EN / LTF C certification in the medium size.
Designed for “ambitious XC pilots”, Skywalk say the Cayenne 4 is a “true three-liner” and well within the limits of the class. Its certification was achieved without the help of folding lines.
With an aspect ratio greater than six and only 254m of total line including the brake lines, they say its performance is outstanding, and it has direct handling and good stability in accelerated flight.
To give its leading edge rigidity, the Cayenne 4 uses plastic inserts and what they call C-Wire elements. The trailing edge is also supported with mini ribs.
The weight range for the M size is 90-110kg.
