Horacio Llorens infinite tumbles through the 500 barrier

Horacio Llorens has reclaimed the record for the number of consecutive infinite tumbles by tumbling 568 times above Guatemala on 21 December 2012.

He beat the current record by almost 200 tumbles. Max Marien, a 24-year-old paragliding instructor at Torrey Pines in California executed 374 tumbles when he debagged from a helicopter in August 2012.

At the time Max said, “I really like the feeling of it. It’s not so much I wanted the world record, I just wanted to see how far I could push myself.”

Max himself had taken the record from Horacio who had completed 281 revolutions in Nepal in 2009.
