Organisers of the Wide Open, a new fun competition in Meduno, Italy have announced GIN Gliders will now be supporting the competition.
Announcing a five year “partnership” with GIN, organiser Toby Colombe said they were “very pleased” with the tie-up, which will see over €5,000 of prizes donated to the competition by GIN.
“Prizes now include a free GIN paraglider, a free harness and a free reserve parachute from GIN,” Toby said. “We also have two free holidays to give away courtesy of Passion Paragliding and xTc paragliding.”
Flymaster and Cross Country magazine are also sponsoring prizes.
The competition in Meduno runs from 19-26 May and is designed as a fun competition and aimed at pilots who want to learn and have fun.
“As well as the flying, we have a full programme of events planned, including barbecues, parties and lectures by experienced pilots including GIN Team pilots.”
