Mike is the organiser behind the Rat Race, the biggest competition and mentoring clinic in the USA.

It’s not about head-banging or pulley-to-pulley racing, he says. “You can learn more in a week of competition than you can in a season of XC. There’s a lot of learning that goes on.”
