Alex Mateos is French Paramotor Champion for the fourth time

French Paramotor Championships Podium 2014: Alex Mateos, Pascal Vallee and Julien Barbier

Alex Mateos has won the French Paramotor Championships for the fourth time, taking victory in Levroux, France at the end of May.

Flying an Ozone Viper3 20 with a Polini Thor motor, Alex won six of the seven tasks, finishing 800 points ahead of second-placed Pascal Vallee. Julien Barbier finished third.

82 pilots entered the event, including 14 foreign pilots from Belgium, Spain, Qatar and the UK.

Next on Alex’s calendar is the European Paramotor Slalom Championships which start in Couhé, France, on 21 July.
