U-Turn’s Blackout is an all-out acro wing with forgiving handling to suit beginners, yet the dynamism to wow professionals. It’s “made to make the dynamic easy to handle”.
The company say the wing is as lightweight as it can be to ensure the handling is sweet, but acro wings are worked hard and it is built to last. U-Turn have used the new Paratex PX40 double-coated cloth, “the strongest in the industry,” and all line attachment points and V-tapes are stitched multiple times.
U-Turn say they have also put a lot of effort into optimising the brake pressure so all manoeuvres are manageable even on small, heavily-loaded wings.
The Blackout is available now in sizes 17, 18, 20 and 21m2.
