Icaro paragliders have a new pair of tandem harnesses on the market: the Loxia is for pilots, and the Batis for their passengers.
They were designed to complement Icaro’s Parus tandem and to be used by commercial outfits to cope with rigorous use and different sizes of people. They come in Icaro’s bright, bold colours: blue for the pilot, and red for the passenger.
The Loxia pilot harness offers an easy transition from running to sitting thanks to self-stabilising leg straps, and a comfortable back support to cope with multiple flights in a day. It is fully adjustable for size and angle of recline, and has an inbuilt reserve container and underseat airbag.
The Batis passenger harness is neat and compact, with an underseat airbag to protect the passenger. It also adjusts fully to suit all sizes of passenger, and has safety buckles and an accessible stretchy side pocket.
Both harnesses are very adjustable and one size fits all.
