Dudek have released a two-line competition paraglider, the Coden Pro. They say it’s the most advanced competition wing they have ever made.
The blade-like wing has a flat aspect ratio of 7.5, and is CCC rated. Dudek say the design team focused on achieving the best compromise between performance and safety they could.
It has a “carefully tuned” aerofoil and uses Dudek’s Flexi-Edge leading-edge technology, which aids inflation and stiffens the canopy in flight. Dudek say the wing has shown very good resistance to frontal collapses, even when flown at full speed. It has rear-riser steering toggles for controlling it when on speedbar.
The Coden Pro will be available in three sizes, covering 80-130kg all-up, and the four ‘elements’ colours schemes: air, water, earth and fire.
Dudek’s wings are laser-cut and stitched in Europe (in Poland, “under the supervision of the designer himself”). The Coden Pro is available with a choice of steering toggles.
