THE RULES

CROSS COUNTRY SUBSCRIBERS’ PRIZE DRAW

  • The Cross Country Subscribers’ Prize Draw is open to every reader of Cross Country magazine holding a subscription to the printed magazine on 12:00 GMT on 1 December 2009. The subscription must be fully paid for and valid for the next issue, XC 127 Jan/Feb 2010. Subscribers to the digital version of the magazine will not be included in the Prize Draw.
  • No proof of purchase is required. Your name on the Cross Country magazine subscribers’ database is proof of your place in the prize draw.
  • A reader may hold more than one place in the prize draw. Multiple places are obtainable through either multiple subscriptions, or by referring a new subscriber to Cross Country magazine. Referred subscribers need to write the referring subscriber’s name or customer ID number on the subscription form in order to gain them the extra place.
  • Subscription cards must be returned to X Country, 20 Impasse de Calancou, 06620, CIPIERES, FRANCE.
  • Cross Country magazine is an international magazine so there are no geographical restrictions to the prize draw. However, the prize draw is being carried out in compliance with UK law.
  • The draw will be made using a random number generator to select the winners.
  • Winners will be notified by phone and email by Friday the 4 December 2009.
  • Prizes will be dispatched within one month of the draw.
  • Prizes must be accepted as offered and subject to availability.
  • The editor’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
  • All winners will be confirmed in writing and must agree to publicity.
  • Cross Country own the copyright to the Cross Country Subscribers’ Prize Draw and retain all rights to it and its name.
