Advance success in Korean Paragliding Championship 2008
Advance saw team success at the recent Korean Paragliding Championships, which took place in Kochang from 14 – 18 May.
More than 100 pilots flew three tasks of 54.1 km, 58.3 km et 61.2 km in strong, thermic conditions. Two other tasks were cancelled due to clouds or strong wind. Advance pilots Jinoh KIM and Moonseob LIM were placed first and second, and Junghun PARK completed the success by winning the women’s ranking!
Their three pilots were also part of the Korean team of 6 pilots, which won the team ranking. Advance say they are very pleased that the OMEGA 7 / IMPRESS 2 harness combination could win in such a high level competition.
