Raptor Rehoming plea
Scott Mason and the parahawking guys out in Nepal are just coming to the end of another busy parahawking season. As well as all the raptor training and tandem flights, they have rescued several injured birds. The rescue centre is now bursting at the seams, and the team are looking for donations and sponsors to fund the building of a new rehabilitation aviary, part of a new project called the Raptor Re-homing scheme. The proposed new rescue aviary (ies) will be built on land that is rented from local families, and the money will go directly to these families, so helping the local human community as well as the raptors.
