Airwave Sport Competition high-performing LTF 1-2 paraglider
Airwave have brought out a ‘racier’ version of their 2008 Sport 4 paraglider – the Sport Competition – for pilots looking for top performance in the LTF 1-2 class.
It borrows many features from competition wings, such as micro lines in the upper cascades, lower drag risers and smaller maillons. It also has a modified speed system, and is 1 kg lighter than the original version.
Airwave say, “The Sport Competition has improved high speed performance and lighter handling, but you do not have to be a hot-shot expert pilot to fly it as it retains its original EN-B and LTF 1-2 certification”.
