Flugsportservice keel hinge to help with hang glider assembly

Austrian firm Flugsportservice have invented a keel hinge, to help stabilise a hang glider while you prepare it for flight on uneven ground or in strong winds.

The hinge is fitted into your keel, which can thus be folded downwards to stabilise the glider while you set it up for flight. Once you are ready, straighten the hinge and lock it into place.

The aluminium hinge weighs around 170 g and can be bought from Flugsportservice for 120 Euros.
